The firm was founded in 1952 by Arthur Goldbaum and Richard H. Goetz. The firm began as a general practice firm, offering services in real estate
probate, general business law, personal injury law and collection law. Dean A. Sipe joined the firm in 1979 and the firm became Goldbaum, Goetz and
Sipe. After the death of Arthur Goldbaum in 1980, the firm name was changed to Goetz and Sipe. The firm continued its emphasis in real estate,
probate, construction law and collections law.
Richard H. Goetz died in 1995, and subsequently James A. Landon joined the firm in 1999. The name of the firm was later changed to Sipe & Landon
and the firm added landlord tenant law to its areas of practice.
The firm continues its practice in the areas of landlord tenant law, collections law, probate, construction law and general commercial law.
